SHIPPING POLICY

Newmine works to process and deliver orders efficiently and reliably.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the following business day.
SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.
International shipments may require additional time due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Any delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Newmine may occasionally offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, we will send shipping information to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Newmine.
DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at summersuport@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
