RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Newmine, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with this policy.

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Include the original packaging, accessories, and manuals
• Not show signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or excessive wear
• Be accompanied by valid order information or proof of purchase

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from Newmine.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or you received an incorrect product, Newmine will provide appropriate assistance regarding the return.

For returns requested for reasons unrelated to a product defect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at summersuport@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number and, where applicable, photos or videos showing the issue and the condition of the packaging.

After reviewing the issue, Newmine may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns may not be accepted for products damaged as a result of misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
